Hey everyone, I wanted to get some real opinions on this. Does live sez have a dedicated mobile app? I've been searching around for a while and honestly getting mixed signals from different places. Privacy is a big concern for me personally. I don't want my info getting sold or my phone blowing up with spam after I sign up somewhere. Anyone had issues with that? I've seen a lot of different recommendations floating around online but it's hard to know which ones are legit and which are just paid placements.
  • Moderation — is there any?
  • Real photos or mostly stock images?
  • Customer support responsiveness
  • Age verification — do they actually check?
Would appreciate any real experiences or tips. Thanks in advance.

Happy to share some thoughts since I went through this process last year: Be upfront about what you're looking for. Vague profiles get vague results. Some things that actually helped me:
  • Trusted my gut when something felt off
  • Used a Google Voice number for initial contact
  • Verified the profile before investing too much time
  • Kept conversations short and moved to an in-person plan relatively quickly
One platform I actually had decent luck with is Datebie — the interface is cleaner than most and the user base felt real.

Happy to share some thoughts since I went through this process last year: Scam red flags: photos that look too professional, no response history, immediate requests to move to a third-party app, and obviously fake profiles. Some things that actually helped me:
  • Avoided any platform that didn't have a clear privacy policy
  • Used a Google Voice number for initial contact
  • Kept conversations short and moved to an in-person plan relatively quickly
  • Always set a first meeting in a coffee shop or busy public spot
  • Read reviews on Reddit before paying for any platform
Also seen people mention turndate.site in similar threads — haven't tested it myself but it keeps coming up.

So I've been doing this for a while and here's what I've found: I'd say response rate improved significantly when I started keeping openers short and question-based rather than writing paragraphs. I ended up trying Turndate after the mainstream apps felt too crowded. No complaints so far.

Honestly same boat here. Took me a while to figure this out. Heard good things about rendate.site from some folks in my area too.

Agree with most of what's been said so far. Key is patience and being selective. Personally I've been using Datelink for a while and it's held up better than most.

A couple friends swear by datedesire.online though I think it really depends on your location.

Yeah I had the same question a few months back. It gets easier once you know what to look for. Give Luvdate a shot — it's one of the better options I've come across.

Let me share what actually worked for me after a lot of trial and error: Be upfront about what you're looking for. Vague profiles get vague results. Some things that actually helped me:

Flamedate came up a few times in my research and I can see why — pretty straightforward setup.
