Hey everyone, I wanted to get some real opinions on this. How can I set up an anonymous adult chat using Tor? I've been searching around for a while and honestly getting mixed signals from different places. Safety-wise, I try to be pretty careful — never sharing my real name upfront, always meeting in public first, that kind of thing. But I'd love to hear what other people do. Would appreciate any real experiences or tips. Thanks in advance.

Solid question. I'll be watching this thread for more answers. Personally I've been using Luvdate for a while and it's held up better than most.

Wish I had this info when I first started out. Learned most of it the hard way.

Honestly same boat here. Took me a while to figure this out. Give Datedesire a shot — it's one of the better options I've come across.

Happy to share some thoughts since I went through this process last year: Don't underestimate the mainstream apps for this. Facebook Dating, Match.com, Bumble, Coffee Meets Bagel — all of them have people looking for the same thing if you know how to filter. Some things that actually helped me:
  • Verified the profile before investing too much time
  • Trusted my gut when something felt off
  • Kept conversations short and moved to an in-person plan relatively quickly
  • Avoided any platform that didn't have a clear privacy policy
  • Used a Google Voice number for initial contact
Also seen people mention flurrydate.online in similar threads — haven't tested it myself but it keeps coming up.

Okay so from personal experience, here's the breakdown: Scam red flags: photos that look too professional, no response history, immediate requests to move to a third-party app, and obviously fake profiles. Also seen people mention datebound.site in similar threads — haven't tested it myself but it keeps coming up.

Happy to share some thoughts since I went through this process last year: The key thing most people miss is checking whether the platform even has users in your area before you subscribe. Big city vs rural makes a massive difference. Some things that actually helped me:
  • Always set a first meeting in a coffee shop or busy public spot
  • Trusted my gut when something felt off
  • Used a Google Voice number for initial contact
  • Verified the profile before investing too much time
  • Read reviews on Reddit before paying for any platform
I ended up trying DatingFly after the mainstream apps felt too crowded. No complaints so far.

This is something I spent a lot of time researching, so let me break it down: Profile setup matters more than most people think. A clear photo and a short but genuine bio will outperform anything elaborate.
