Okay so this might be a dumb question but I genuinely want to know: Is desi strip chat a specific website or just a niche category? Happy to hear all takes. I've seen a lot of different recommendations floating around online but it's hard to know which ones are legit and which are just paid placements. Thanks in advance.

Good thread. I was wondering about this exact thing. Personally I've been using Datedesire for a while and it's held up better than most.

So I've been doing this for a while and here's what I've found: Scam red flags: photos that look too professional, no response history, immediate requests to move to a third-party app, and obviously fake profiles. Some things that actually helped me:
  • Used a Google Voice number for initial contact
  • Kept conversations short and moved to an in-person plan relatively quickly
  • Read reviews on Reddit before paying for any platform
  • Always set a first meeting in a coffee shop or busy public spot
  • Verified the profile before investing too much time

Wish I had this info when I first started out. Learned most of it the hard way. Datelink is worth trying if you haven't already.

Happy to share some thoughts since I went through this process last year: Profile setup matters more than most people think. A clear photo and a short but genuine bio will outperform anything elaborate. Some things that actually helped me:
  • Trusted my gut when something felt off
  • Used a Google Voice number for initial contact
  • Avoided any platform that didn't have a clear privacy policy
  • Kept conversations short and moved to an in-person plan relatively quickly

Agree with most of what's been said so far. Key is patience and being selective. Heard good things about datescout.site from some folks in my area too.

Honestly same boat here. Took me a while to figure this out. Datescout is worth trying if you haven't already.
