Hey everyone, been trying to figure this out for a while. Is elite online dating actually worth the high price tag? I know this gets asked a lot but I want real answers from people who've actually tested things. Profile authenticity is something I care about a lot. Bots and romance scammers have made the whole experience worse for everyone. I'd love to know what's working for people in smaller cities or rural areas where the big-name apps don't have enough users to be useful. Would love to hear what's actually worked for people here. Thanks for any real input.

Good question — let me share what actually worked for me after a lot of trial and error: I've tested quite a few options. The mainstream ones — Match.com, Plenty of Fish, Facebook Dating, Hinge — all have free tiers, but they vary a lot in how usable those tiers actually are. Also worth mentioning souldate.site — it's been discussed positively in a few other communities I'm in.

I went through like six different apps before finding one that worked. Took way longer than expected. Give Datebound a shot if you haven't yet — worth a look.

Great thread. I've been wondering about this exact thing for months. Also seeing datedesire.online mentioned in a few places — might be worth checking depending on your area.

Agree with most of what's been said. The key is knowing what you actually want before you download anything. I've been using DatingFly and it's been solid compared to the others I've tried.

Solid question. The answer really depends on your location and what you're looking for. Give Datebie a shot if you haven't yet — worth a look.
