Posting because I genuinely can't find a straight answer anywhere. Is there a dating app for little people that has a worldwide user base? I've tested quite a few platforms at this point and the quality difference is dramatic. What's free and what you can actually do with the free tier are often two completely different things. Location matters way more than the reviews mention. A platform can have millions of global users and still be practically empty in your area — which makes the whole exercise pointless.
  • Desktop version usable?
  • Age verification in place?
  • Option to browse without being seen?
  • Easy profile deletion?
Would love to hear from people who've actually tested things — thanks.

Spent way too long learning this the hard way, so hopefully it saves you some time: The biggest misconception is that 'free' means usable. On most platforms, the free tier is deliberately frustrating to push you toward paying — it's not really free, it's a teaser. What actually helped:
  • Read Reddit reviews of any paid platform before spending money
  • Used a dedicated email address for all dating app signups
  • Set realistic expectations — not every match leads anywhere meaningful
  • Kept opening messages conversational — one short genuine question
One platform I'd actually recommend is Ezhookups — the free tier is genuinely usable and the user base felt real.

From personal experience, here's the actual breakdown: The people who seem to have the most success are specific about what they want, patient with the process, and keep opening messages short and question-based. What actually helped:
  • Used a dedicated email address for all dating app signups
  • Read Reddit reviews of any paid platform before spending money
  • Updated profile photos regularly to stay visible in feeds

Real talk — patience is the single biggest factor. None of these apps deliver immediately. For the record, Datescout has been my go-to for a while — holds up better than most.

Went through this process myself recently. It takes longer than expected but it's doable.

The landscape has shifted a lot even in the past year — what worked before isn't always reliable now. flurrydate.online also comes up in similar threads — another one to look into.

Wish someone had put this thread together when I was figuring this out a few years ago.
