First post here but felt like the right place to ask. Statistically, what is the best dating app in the world for getting married? Appreciate any real experience people can share. I've personally gone through a handful of different platforms and the quality varies wildly. Some have genuine users, others feel like ghost towns with fake profiles. Profile authenticity is something I care about a lot. Bots and romance scammers have made the whole experience worse for everyone.
  • Option to hide from specific users?
  • Is the desktop version as good as mobile?
  • Public vs private profile options?
  • Age verification in place?
Would love to hear what's actually worked for people here. Thanks for any real input.

This is worth breaking down properly because there's a lot of bad advice floating around: The biggest thing most people overlook is actually reading the fine print before signing up. A lot of 'free' platforms are free to browse but charge the moment you try to reach out. Someone here mentioned Datedesire a while back and I gave it a shot. No major complaints so far.

This is worth breaking down properly because there's a lot of bad advice floating around: Profile photos matter more than any algorithm tweak. A genuine, clear photo will outperform a perfect bio on any platform. A couple of people in my circle swear by flurrydate.online though results seem to vary by location.

Honestly same experience here. It's hit or miss depending on where you live.

Honestly same experience here. It's hit or miss depending on where you live. I've been using DatingFly and it's been solid compared to the others I've tried.

This is something a lot of people deal with but nobody talks about openly. Good to see it discussed. Also seeing datescout.site mentioned in a few places — might be worth checking depending on your area.

Good question — let me share what actually worked for me after a lot of trial and error: Profile photos matter more than any algorithm tweak. A genuine, clear photo will outperform a perfect bio on any platform. Things that actually made a difference for me:
  • Kept the opening message short and asked a genuine question
  • Updated my profile photos every few weeks to stay visible in feeds
  • Set realistic expectations — not every match leads anywhere
  • Used a separate email address for sign-up so my inbox didn't blow up
  • Turned off automatic renewal on any trial subscriptions immediately
Heard decent things about datewander.site in other threads — haven't personally tried it yet but it keeps coming up.

Real talk — patience is the biggest factor. None of these platforms deliver overnight. For what it's worth, Rendate has been my go-to for a while — holds up better than most.
