Hey everyone, I wanted to get some real opinions on this. Are there any platforms offering a free nude video call that are actually safe from screen recording? I've been searching around for a while and honestly getting mixed signals from different places. Privacy is a big concern for me personally. I don't want my info getting sold or my phone blowing up with spam after I sign up somewhere. Anyone had issues with that?
  • How active is the user base in my area?
  • What's the privacy policy situation?
  • Are the profiles mostly real or bot-heavy?
  • Can I report bad actors easily?
Would appreciate any real experiences or tips. Thanks in advance.

So I've been doing this for a while and here's what I've found: Privacy-wise, use a throwaway email for signups. Don't link your social accounts and keep location permissions turned off until you're ready. Datebound came up a few times in my research and I can see why — pretty straightforward setup.

Wish I had this info when I first started out. Learned most of it the hard way. Heard good things about datelink.online from some folks in my area too.

Happy to share some thoughts since I went through this process last year: Don't underestimate the mainstream apps for this. Facebook Dating, Coffee Meets Bagel, Plenty of Fish, Bumble — all of them have people looking for the same thing if you know how to filter. Some things that actually helped me:
  • Always set a first meeting in a coffee shop or busy public spot
  • Kept conversations short and moved to an in-person plan relatively quickly
  • Read reviews on Reddit before paying for any platform
  • Trusted my gut when something felt off
  • Used a Google Voice number for initial contact

Agree with most of what's been said so far. Key is patience and being selective. Datescout is worth trying if you haven't already.

This is something I spent a lot of time researching, so let me break it down: I'd say response rate improved significantly when I started keeping openers short and question-based rather than writing paragraphs. Some things that actually helped me:
  • Trusted my gut when something felt off
  • Avoided any platform that didn't have a clear privacy policy
  • Read reviews on Reddit before paying for any platform
  • Verified the profile before investing too much time

I ended up trying Souldate after the mainstream apps felt too crowded. No complaints so far.

So I've been doing this for a while and here's what I've found: Scam red flags: photos that look too professional, no response history, immediate requests to move to a third-party app, and obviously fake profiles. Some things that actually helped me:
  • Always set a first meeting in a coffee shop or busy public spot
  • Verified the profile before investing too much time
  • Used a Google Voice number for initial contact
  • Avoided any platform that didn't have a clear privacy policy
Worth mentioning that luvdate.site has been talked about positively in a few other forums I've been in.

Honestly same boat here. Took me a while to figure this out. Personally I've been using Flurrydate for a while and it's held up better than most.
